Gina Waters Miller
Inaugural Honorary Chair
The Nashville African American Wind Symphony is honored to announce Gina Waters Miller as the Inaugural Honorary Chair for The Crescendo: NAAWS Fundraising Gala. Gina Waters Miller is a Nashville-based music executive, musician, educator, and cultural leader with more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of artistry, business, and community impact. A Memphis native, she has built a distinguished career working across genres and generations—supporting emerging and legacy artists while helping shape a more inclusive and forward-thinking music industry. After two decades with MNRK Music Group (formerly Entertainment One), Miller founded Waters Edge Entertainment, a boutique agency focused on talent management, leadership consulting, and experiential learning. Her work is rooted in service, advocacy, and the belief that music is both a creative force and a vehicle for cultural and economic progress. She is a soughtafter speaker, mentor, and trusted advisor known for championing equity, innovation, and purpose-driven leadership. Miller serves as Vice President of Nashville Music Equality, is a Commissioner for the Nashville Entertainment Commission, and is an alum and board member of Leadership Music. Her leadership and impact have been recognized by Billboard - Women in Music, Nashville Business Journal, the Music Business Association, and the National Museum of African American Music. In 2025, she was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. As Honorary Chair of The Crescendo, Miller is honored to support the Nashville African American Wind Symphony and its mission to celebrate excellence, legacy, and community through music.
