Membership is open to advanced wind, brass, and percussion musicians who are:
1. Based in Middle Tennessee or
2. Willing to travel for all required rehearsals and performances
Ensemble members are expected to uphold a high standard of musicianship, professionalism, and dedication to the mission of NAAWS.
Audition Process
Auditions are held annually and are open to advanced-level musicians.
To be considered, interested musicians must:
1. Complete the Audition Interest Form
2. Be prepared to submit performance materials or recordings if requested
Specific audition requirements, materials, and scheduling details are shared after each submission is reviewed.
Availability of ensemble positions may vary based on instrumentation and seasonal needs.
